The Richard Mille Young Talent Academy (RMYTA) is set to continue for 2024, with young drivers given a unique opportunity to fight it out on track for a scholarship with Richard Mille.
Young karters aged 14 to 17 from across the globe will have the opportunity to participate in this year RMYTA Shoot Out, which will take place at Jerez Circuit, Spain on 6 and 7 October 2024.
The winner will receive a prize unprecedented in the racing world: a fully sponsored season in the Spanish F4 Championship with MP Motorsport, including six pre-event tests, racing gear and personalised support, guidance and coaching provided by All Road Management.
Since its launch in 2018, the RMYTA has continued to perfect its approach in the search for future motorsport drivers. Last year, the prize was won by Italian Mattia Colnaghi, who started his rookie single-seater season in Spanish F4 this year. Colnaghi joined previous winners Hugh Barter, GB3 frontrunner Tymek Kucharczyk and UAE-based Keanu Al Azhari, who finished ninth with MP Motorsport in 2023 Spanish F4 Championship.
Karters from professional series can apply to be considered for a place in the Shoot Out. A professional jury will select up to eight drivers to participate based on their achievements at European and/or International Karting and on their motivation to participate in the Shoot Out.

In addition to the support from Richard Mille, All Road Management and MP Motorsport, the Shoot Out is also supported by Formula Medicine, the leading racing driver training and performance centre.
Amanda Mille, Brand and partnership Director at Richard Mille: “We are proud that Richard Mille and racing have become synonymous over the past years. Now we are delighted to contribute to a real investment in the sport. So often I hear that drivers are talented but lack budget; the opportunity of the RMYTA is that we can cover the financial costs and allow a driver to shine without that burden. This really is a unique opportunity and I’m very excited to see who will take home the chance to show their potential in the 2025 Spanish F4 Championship.”
Nicolas Todt, All Road Management Founder:” ARM has a long history of identifying talent and nurturing them through junior series with tailored programme and expert guidance. We are proud to coordinate the RMYTA with Richard Mille to find the next generation of potential race winners. When looking at our alumni from last year’s Shoot Out, five of the eight drivers are now competing in FIA F4, proving the quality of our selection process. We are looking forward to analysing the next intake and helping them to take the initial steps.”
Sander Dorsman, MP Motorsport Team Principal: “This year’s Richard Mille, All Road Management and MP Motorsport joint venture makes me even more excited than previous years. The level and quality of the drivers in last year’s Shoot Out was the highest I have ever seen, and I am eager to see what talent will come out of this year’s Shoot Out and who is going to be our next Champion to take on the Spanish F4 Championship.”
