After a long summer break, we returned to Jerez for round 5 of the Eurocup-3 championship, where Sebastian Ogaard managed to take his first win of the season thanks to a great qualifying.
Saturday started with Free Practices 1 and 2, where we gained valuable information that would help us later on. During qualifying 1, Mari set a fifth fastest lap, Joss qualified in P6, Sebastian O. in P7, Sebastian G. in P10 and Bruno in P14. After Q1, it was time for Race 1 where all MP drivers scored points by finishing within the top 10. Sebastian O. managed to drive to P4, Joss finished in P5, Sebastian G. in P7, Mari in P8 and Bruno in P10.
Sebastian O. had a great qualifying session by getting a front-row spot during Q2, with Bruno right behind him on the second row in P4, Mari in P6 followed by Joss in P7, and Sebastian G. qualified in P16. Race 2 ended in triumph, Sebastian O. managed to turn his P2 start into a first win of the season. Mari just missed out on the podium and ended in P4 with Bruno and Joss right behind him in P5 and P6. Sebastian G. finished the final race of the weekend in P13.
