Leading Dutch single-seater team MP Motorsport has promoted Bruno del Pino Ventos to
its FIA Formula 3 Championship line-up for the 2025 season. The Spaniard will step up from
Eurocup-3 for his debut year in the F1 Grand Prix-supporting series. Del Pino will join Tim
Tramnitz, who was recently announced as MP’s first 2025 Formula 3 driver.
Del Pino’s signing is further proof of the team’s nurturing environment, having raced for the
Dutch team’s Eurocup-3 squad for the past two seasons. In only his third season in
single-seaters, Del Pino is currently third in the Spanish-based series, having brought home
three wins, seven podiums, a pole position and three fastest laps. These results were more
than enough to convince the team to promote the 18-year-old Spanish youngster to their FIA
F3 squad. Del Pino repaid this trust at the recent collective tests at Jérez and Barcelona
where he proved to be a consistent midfield runner at Jérez before breaking into the top ten
at Barcelona.
“It’s fantastic news that I’m graduating to Formula 3, and it couldn’t be with a better team
than MP Motorsport”, said Del Pino. “In my two years with the team, they have made me feel
at home in an environment that has helped me to get the best out of myself. It was wonderful
to bag our first wins together this season, and it’s with these positive conditions that we will
continue our successful collaboration, as we embark on a fresh challenge in F3.”
“I’m delighted to welcome Bruno in our in our 2025 FIA F3 line-up to partner Tim”, said Sander
Dorsman, MP Motorsport’s team principal. “Bruno deciding to stay us is testament to the
family atmosphere at MP, and further proof of our motto of accelerating talent. This year, he
has been a revelation in Eurocup-3, and it’s our goal to transfer that form to the new F3 car for
- In the process, Bruno has shown that Eurocup-3 is a viable route into Formula 3, where
I’m certain he will flourish.”
Ahead of his promotion to single-seaters, Del Pino made his mark in the Spanish karting
championship before progressing to international OK Junior levels in 2019 and 2020, taking
part in both the CIK/FIA and WSK series, finishing ninth overall in the European
Championship, while in the winter periods he took part in the IAME Winter Cup for X30 Junior
karts. In 2021, Del Pino moved up to OK level to score points in the FIA European Karting
Championship and WSK’s Super Masters Series and Euro Series, as well as taking ninth in the
WSK Open Cup. In 2022, he was a regular points scorer in Spanish F4 while he was also
invited for a test week of the Ferrari Driver Academy before going on to become Rookie of the
Year in his first Eurocup-3 season in 2023. Meanwhile, Del Pino also formed part of Spain’s
talented selection for the 2022 FIA Motorsport Games, in which he won a bronze medal.
